All of our styles are sent out from Australia and we offer free worldwide shipping.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We always aim to ship your order within 1 business day. If an order will be shipped later than 3 business days we will contact you via email.
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been received. You will receive another email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Please make sure your inbox is receiving mail from firstname.lastname@example.org in your inbox, not junk.
Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day.
Please note, La Vinn is not responsible for any custom duties/ tax incurred within your receiving country. If your parcel is stopped at customs, any cost is payable by the purchaser upon delivery. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

We hope that you love your new purchase. Simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we’ll happily provide an exchange or issue store credit for the purchase amount.
Please ensure the pieces are in original conditions with tags attached and shouldn't be worn or have any stains.
If these requirements are not met, we cannot accept the return or exchange the item.
We are proud to say that we do not use hygienic liners, in order to avoid using single use plastics. We are looking forward to being able to launch a biodegradable liner, so until then please be aware of this and try our swimwear on over your underwear.
If you wish to return, please follow the steps below, quoting your reason for return/ exchange and the item, size and colour you wish to exchange it for in the email. Please note, we do not offer refunds. If you do not want to exchange, we will issue your online account with store credit to the value of the returned item. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
We will process the return within 5 business days of receiving it.
TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning ‘return + order number’ in the subject line.
- Include your full name, order number and reason for exchange or return in the email. We will respond with a return form.
- Send your item/s with the return form to the address specified. Please ensure the parcel has a tracking number.
- Once we receive your item/s we will check them and then process the store credit or exchange. We will email you with confirmation.
If, in the rare case your item is faulty or has an imperfection, please take a photo and email it to email@example.com with the subject ‘Imperfect Item’. Please wait for our response.
In the event the package is not received by us or lost in transit, La Vinn will not be liable. In order to avoid such confusion, we ask that all returns have a tracking number. With this information, we will work to find a suitable solution.
Items returned without a return form will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny returns if the items fail to meet the above refund requirements.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
