*Please note: There may be further delays if your package is being held in customs. Customers are liable for customs and duties in their country and will be contacted by local customs agencies directly to settle these charges.

All orders placed after 3pm AEST are processed the next business day. We always aim to ship your order within 1 business day. If an order will be shipped later than 3 business days we will contact you via email.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. La Vinn is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages sent to freight forwarding services. We suggest filing a claim with the carrier directly.

RETURNS 

We hope that you love your new pieces but understand that it doesn't always work out. We will issue a credit note valid for 1 year as soon as we receive your return.

Please ensure the pieces are in original conditions with tags attached and shouldn't be worn or have any stains.

We are proud to say that we do not use hygienic liners, in order to avoid using single use plastics. Please be aware of this and try our swimwear on over your underwear.

If these requirements are not met, we cannot accept the return or exchange the item.

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If, in the rare case your item is faulty or has an imperfection, please send imagery to bonjour@la-vinn.com within 7 days of delivery of your order. We will arrange your item to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. The item needs to be unworn and with all tags in place. If we can't replace the item we will refund you. An item can't be deemed faulty if it's already been worn. 

 

CHANGES/CANCELLATION POLICY

We work hard to ensure your orders are dispatched as soon as possible. In some cases we will dispatch your order within 1 hour of purchase. Therefore, if you require any changes to your order please contact us immediately at bonjour@la-vinn.com. Please keep in mind that La Vinn has the right to cancel any order at any time. No cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.

 

TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS: 

Please submit a Returns Form via  the Returns Form within 7 days of delivery and we'll happily issue a credit note for the purchased amount. 

If you wish to return, please follow the steps below. Please note, we do not offer refunds. If you would like to exchange, we will issue store credit to the value of the returned item. This credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

We will process the return within 7 business days of receiving it.

  3. We will issue a gift card which is valid up to one year

EXCHANGES

We hope that you love your new pieces but understand that it doesn't always work out.

  3. Upon receipt for the of the pieces we will issue a gift card which is valid up to one year
  4. Place a new order for the size, colour or style you wish to receive in exchange with your gift card

    *Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date

     

    COST OF RETURNS

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    In the event the package is not received by us or lost in transit, La Vinn will not be liable. In order to avoid such confusion, we ask that all returns have a tracking number. With this information, we will work to find a suitable solution.

     

    PRE ORDERS

    All orders are final. Please refer to the expected ship date listed in the product description. Please note that pre order dates are approximate and can change due to shipping delays. We try our best to get your order to you asap.

    If your order include pieces that aren't on pre-order, they will be shipped together on the date your pre-order is meant to ship. We ship your order when it's complete. If you would like to receive one of your pieces sooner, please email us at bonjour@la-vinn.com
